Summer BBQ Sunday 13th September 2026

This year, the Summer BBQ was held in the garden of Tony and Jane Churly. 22 members came along and enjoyed a slice or two (or more!) of barbecued leg of lamb, plus sausages and a choice of vegetarian dishes....thanks to those who brought along some side dishes and desserts.

Walk and Lunch.

It was great to see so may members at Saturday’s walk and lunch. The weather held out (until the Hail storm when we were leaving the restaurant!!) and the route was easy to walk and so interesting. Many thanks to Dorian for leading and, in particular, to Kit for accessing all the QR codes and reading out swathes of information about the Heritage properties. A lot of which I wasn’t aware of !
